In consideration of the World Aeronautics Association's agreement to sanction the record attempt of applicant, the pilot and crew and sponsor agrees that neither the WAA nor any of its officers, agents, directors or employees shall be held liable for any occurrence in connection with the record attempt which may result in injury, death, or other damages to sponsor, crew, pilot, to any contestant attempting the record, or to other person or persons or property or both.

Pilot, crew and sponsor covenants that neither pilot, crew, sponsor nor pilot's or crew's or sponsor's legal representatives, assigns, and heirs shall ever institute any suit or action at law in equity against the WAA, or it's officers, agents, directors or employees by reason of any claim sponsor or pilot or crew may hereafter acquire relating to or arising out of this record attempt.

The pilot, crew, and sponsor further agrees to indemnify WAA and its officers, agents, directors and employees from any expenses, losses or damages incurred as a result of claims, demands, or actions that may hereafter be brought against such coventees by any party as a result of this record attempt.

The pilot, crew, and sponsor also agree(s) to be subjected to an "Opinion Poll" on the Internet if the WAA deems it necessary as a result of this record attempt or actions arising from this record attempt.
